Coffee Festival by the Lake 2026 by ZDOB

Autumn days are marked by mist, shorter days, rain, and forests that slowly change colors. When nature calms down and mornings are harder to lure us out of bed, it's the right time for something to wake us up and warm us up a bit. A good cup of coffee, of course. Together with the ZDOB Association, we are preparing the second Coffee Festival by the Lake , which will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10 a.m. at the Terrasa ob jezeru near Podpeča. After the successful first edition, the festival is returning with an even better program and a new opportunity to socialize. Boutique roasters will be on hand to introduce visitors to the different flavors and methods of coffee preparation. The stands will also feature various coffee equipment, handmade cups, coffee liqueurs and cocktails, and various coffee desserts. A special part of the program will be coffee workshops and presentations. Tjaša Rogelj, a multiple national champion in latte art, will present her line of coffee cocktails. You will also be able to learn the secrets of drawing on coffee, and under expert guidance, visitors will choose the best coffee of the festival. The festival will also be creative. The youngest will be able to create with coffee in children's workshops and learn about its interesting aspects, while adults will be able to pick up a paintbrush, create, and enjoy a good coffee cocktail under the guidance of Anže Gallus Petelin. When the daytime part of the festival ends, the action will move into musical waters. The evening will be marked by blues and rock'n'roll, and there will also be time for relaxed socializing over coffee and good company. At the ZDOB Association stand, you can refresh yourself with chestnuts and look at the bottom of your coffee cup. Perhaps there is a hint about your future hidden there.
